TechMaster® Carts - Industry-Leading Warranty

Every TechMaster® Cart is engineered using non-corrosive materials and weldless construction — eliminating weak points common to traditional welded metal carts.

10-Year Structural Integrity Warranty

Our 1” high-density polyethylene (HDPE) frame, aluminum core material (ACM), and all structural load-bearing assemblies are warranted for ten (10) years against manufacturing defects under normal commercial use.

Fade & Finish Warranty – 5 Years

Our sublimated aluminum panels will not chip, peel, crack, or delaminate, and are warranted against abnormal discoloration or fading for five (5) years when kept and used indoors.

Component Protection

• Wheels & casters: 3 years
• Drawer slides & locks: 3 years
• Shelves, handles & mounting hardware: 5 years
• Electrical accessories: 1 year manufacturer warranty

Warranty-approved components ship within 72 business hours. Full cart replacements ship before any return is required.

No Registration Needed

Coverage begins at purchase. Serial numbers serve as proof.

Transferable Coverage

Warranty remains active when carts are moved between departments or organizations under common ownership.

Exclusions:

• Abuse beyond rated load limits
• Accidental damage (drops, vehicle impact, tip-overs)
• Fire, flooding, chemical corrosion beyond normal commercial exposure
• Unauthorized modifications or drilling
• Third-party accessories not supplied or installed by TechMaster®
• Cosmetic wear caused by misuse, abrasives, or outdoor UV exposure beyond finish warranty
